In September 2013, the construction of the first residential house began &#8211; without mortgage loan, with Estonian investment.<\/p>\n<p>The residential complex is located in Saburtalo, namely at Anna Politkovskaya #3. A total of 28 units of residential buildings have been built and put into operation. The construction of the complex was completed in the spring of 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The area of the territory is 5.5 hectares. The complex is fully equipped with a perfect neighborhood infrastructure: a football field, a basketball field, 7 squares and 2 children&#8217;s fields.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Recreational area: 13&#8217;405 m2;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The number of apartments in the complex is 1468 apartments.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We create the best living environment for you and your family \u2665<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>All apartments in the complex are sold.
