About Project

The project “Jikia House” was implemented by an Estonian-Georgian company. In September 2013, the construction of the first residential house began – without mortgage loan, with Estonian investment.

The residential complex is located in Saburtalo, namely at Anna Politkovskaya #3. A total of 28 units of residential buildings have been built and put into operation. The construction of the complex was completed in the spring of 2022.

The area of the territory is 5.5 hectares. The complex is fully equipped with a perfect neighborhood infrastructure: a football field, a basketball field, 7 squares and 2 children’s fields.

• The number of apartments in the complex is 1423 apartments.
